TERMS & CONDITIONS

BLACK OCTOPUS LTD

These terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed with Black Octopus Ltd, when placing an order the buyer acknowledges and agrees that they will be bound by them.

PRICING

All prices are in GBP

Prices may be subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Special offers and discounts will only be valid for the specified term.

PAYMENT

All major Debit & Credit Cards accepted – deliveries to registered card address only.

Title of goods shall remain with Black Octopus Ltd until full payment is received.

DAMAGES & SHORTAGES

Postage damages and/or delivery shortages must be reported to Black Octopus Ltd within 14 days of delivery.

The buyer is to keep all packaging and take pictures of any damaged goods.

Any shortages will be sent out as soon as possible once agreed.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to return an item to us (whether it be a general return, damaged product or warranty issue) please email [email protected] and we will endeavour to guide you through the return process.

CREDITS & REFUNDS

Credits or refunds may be issued in certain circumstances, at the discretion of Black Octopus Ltd. Returned items must be unopened and in re-sellable condition, some items are excluded due to health and safety issues.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and a 10% restock fee will be charged.

In the event of a successful warranty claim return, the buyer’s return postage cost will be credited to their account. 

WARRANTY PROCEDURE

Certain items are subject to a Manufacturer’s Warranty period. In the event of a warranty claim, please follow the Return Policy outlined above. Once we have received the returned item it will be processed according to the Manufacturer’s Warranty procedure. This will often require us to dispatch the item to the relevant manufacturer for repair or replacement, in accordance with their individual warranty terms.

DELIVERY

We offer delivery at Royal Mail first Class £2.99, Standard Royal Mail Second Class £1.99 and Royal Mail Next Day for £6.99 within the UK.  

UK mainland orders received by 1pm will be dispatched the same day. Overseas delivery will be 5-7 working days with carriage charged at cost. Please note some over seas orders can take up to 6 weeks due to customers orders and that is beyond our control.

Out of stock items may be substituted or cancelled as preferred.

PRODUCTS

We reserve the right to amend product design or specification without notice.

Product images and colours are for reference only and may vary from batch to batch.

LIABILITY 

Customers should be satisfied that products ordered are suitable for the end use.  Care cards are included with all wax melts

Black Octopus Ltd will not be held responsible for the misuse of any products. The seller cannot be held responsible for the incorrect storage of purchased goods

Overseas customers should ensure that products are approved for use in their territory
